17. Catching Up
Hello friends! It has been a hectic month! I haven’t been able to keep up with these posts. I’ve found some time to slow down and relax these past couple of days and I thought it would be nice to do a little catching up. So here’s a quick and dirty run down.
In May I:
- Flew to Rochester, New York
- Quarantined in a basement and tested negative for COVID
- Helped Melissa and her family pack a POD for our move
- Watched Melissa graduate
- Attended Melissa’s senior day for softball
- Got vaccinated
- Was finally able to celebrate the end of college with friends
- Drove to New Hampshire
- Spent a week with my family
- Saw one of my best friends from high school
- Met my nephew Dean
- Got some new Teva’s
- Drove to Pennsylvania
- Met Melissa’s close friends and family
- Drove to Raquette Lake in the Adirondacks for memorial day weekend
- Helped put the dock in and stain some boards for renovations
- Hiked, kayaked, canoed, fished, and went swimming
Please enjoy the following photo dump of some of the various activities mentioned!
Currently, Melissa and I are staying in an airbnb just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. We just finished the first leg of our journey to Colorado. I hope you enjoyed this short, catching up post. I have something special in mind for next week, so make sure to check back in!
